The Scandal Universal Cuffs are adjustable with Velcro style closures up to 14" and include the signature Scandal restraint design: soft plushy on one side and the signature fabric design on the outside. The Universal Cuffs have universal clasps and O-Rings with swivel design for maximum versatility. The fabric is made of polyester; the straps of polypropylene; the O-Rings of nickel-free iron; and the clasps of nickel-free alloy.
